Payment & Cancellation policy

  • Booking Deposit: A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking.
  • Final Payment: The remaining 70% balance must be settled 21 days prior to your arrival date in France.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival: 25% of the total tour cost is retained.
    • Cancellations made 14 to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour cost is retained.
    • Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival or No-Show: 100% of the total tour cost is retained.
  • Force Majeure: Terms may be adjusted for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, transport strikes, weather conditions, government restrictions, or travel advisories. We recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellation.

  • The order of activities may change based on weather conditions, the national park availability, and train schedules to ensure the best possible experience.
  • Please note the Whale Watching excursion is a seasonal activity operational from November to April. For travel outside this period, an alternative coastal experience will be provided.
  • Dress Code for Religious Sites: As a sign of respect, visitors must dress modestly at all temples and sacred sites. This means clothing that covers your shoulders, chest, and legs below the knees. You will be required to remove your shoes and hats before entering.
